What can I expect with my delivery?
Pumpkins are delivered and installed during the first two weeks of September as specified on your order.

I am not sure what package is best for me?
If you are unsure which package works best for your home, please submit pictures of your space and email them to pumpkindecormotown@gmail.com. We will contact you to discuss the options that best suit your space.

When do deliveries begin?
Pumpkin delivery dates will be offered from September 15th - October 20th. You do not need to be home at the time of your delivery. Your setup will take place on your front porch unless otherwise noted and arranged prior to install. We do our best to accommodate your preference but cannot guarantee exact dates. Dates are first come first serve within our install weeks.

Do you offer disposal of pumpkins after the season is over?
If needed, disposal can be discussed during a consult. However, we have clients who handle the removal themselves or ask their landscapers.

Do you have a delivery zone?
Pumpkins Decor at Your Door services the Morristown and surrounding areas. Please see the maps to determine which delivery zone you are in. For special requests, please email pumpkindecormotown@gmail.com. ​

Do you only offer pumpkins?
We offer hay bales, monogramming of pumpkins and grand pumpkins to add to any pumpkin packages based on available inventory. These items are also featured as add-on options when purchased with a pumpkin package. We do not deliver these items individually or separate from your package selection.

I currently have some fall/halloween decor, will that be a problem?
That is no problem at all. We will gladly work within your current decor if you wish. Please indicate that in the Special Notes section of the order.

How should I care for my pumpkins?
We are delivering fresh-from-the-patch pumpkins. With that, our pumpkins will have irregularities in shape, size, and color. We do our best to provide the highest quality but cannot guarantee the life of your pumpkins. We are unable to replace rotting pumpkins. Cayenne pepper sprinkled lightly tends to help keep the critters away.

What is your Refund Policy?
All sales are final and we are unable to refund or credit your purchase. If you would like to transfer your package to another person or address, please email us. transfers must be used within the season and do not roll over to the following year.
